Identifying Mold Growth

How do I know its Mold?

Visual Inspection

In most cases, mold can be identified through visual inspection. However, if there is uncertainty about whether a substance is mold, it is recommended to contact a Mold Specialist, who can accurately assess and identify the area of concern.

Mold Testing

At times, even a Mold Specialist may be uncertain whether a substance is mold. In such cases, the next step is to collect a sample and send it to a certified laboratory. The lab then analyzes the sample to confirm if it is mold. If so, they determine the specific type. Our product targets all types.

Mold Remediation

There are various methods for removing or remediating mold. Ours is a one-step easy process. Once mold has been confirmed through inspection or testing, it must be removed. If the mold has caused structural damage, repairs or rebuilding may be necessary.

Determine the Needs of the Facilities Safety

Items may need to be moved, areas contained, and objects covered during the remediation process. In some cases, all three steps are necessary. It is the Mold Specialist’s responsibility to determine which measures are required to ensure proper remediation of the facility.
