Products and pricing

Product descriptions and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel an order affected by an error, with a refund of any payment received.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and process payment. A 3% card-processing fee applies to card payments and is shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and local pickup

Shipping rates and local pickup are described on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Returns and guarantee

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy page. Any money-back guarantee is governed by our separate Money-Back Guarantee page, which states its own conditions and limits.

Proper use

Use products only as directed on the product label. Keep products out of reach of children and follow all safety warnings on the label and Safety Data Sheet. We are not responsible for harm or damage resulting from misuse, use contrary to label directions, or use on surfaces or in situations for which the product is not intended.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesilPower Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs or shipping costs, arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the product price paid for the product at issue.
