Money-Back Guarantee

DesilPower Products offers a Money-Back Guarantee on the terms below. Please read all of the conditions carefully before making a claim, because a claim that does not meet every condition will not be approved.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the product price only. It never covers labor costs, shipping costs, or any other expense.

Claim window and limits

• Claims must be made within 60 days of delivery.
• One claim per customer.
• The guarantee applies to the first jug of the first order only.

Proof required

A claim must include dated before and after photos of the same surface, taken from the same angle, showing the condition before use and after use of the product.

Proper use required

The product must have been used per label directions. If the product was not used per label directions, the claim is void.

Remedy

If a claim is approved, the remedy is a refund OR a replacement, at the seller’s choice, issued to the original payment method only.

How to make a claim

Claims must be made by email only to desilpowerproducts@gmail.com. Include your order number, the date of delivery, and your dated before and after photos of the same surface from the same angle. Claims made by phone, social media, or any other channel will not be accepted.

Chargebacks

Customers who file chargebacks lose guarantee eligibility.

This guarantee is separate from our Returns Policy, which covers unopened and unused products. Questions about the guarantee may be emailed to desilpowerproducts@gmail.com.
